Employment for All (EFA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the ideal that access to employment should be available to all persons with disabilities, regardless of severity or label.

Among its three founding members -- Joe Skiba, Norciva Shumpert, and Michael Callahan -- EFA brings over 100 years of experience in the area of employment and rehabilitation services to the discovery of solutions in employment services.
